1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wecertifi (“the Service”), operated by Noble Gemini Ventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wecertifi is a software platform that helps small business owners identify government and private business certifications they may qualify for and provides step-by-step guidance through the application process. We provide informational tools only — we are not attorneys, certification agents, or government representatives.

The eligibility assessments, roadmaps, and playbooks provided by Wecertifi are informational in nature and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee certification approval.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@wecertifi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

Wecertifi offers a Free plan and a Pro plan billed at $99 per month. Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Pro plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your business or owner profile
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, eligibility rules, playbooks, and software — are owned by Noble Gemini Ventures and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NOBLE GEMINI VENTURES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY GOVERNING BODIES WITHOUT NOTICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLE GEMINI VENTURES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
